    Now that we have the result of the CAPP2 study which shows that regular aspirin significantly reduces cancer risk in Lynch syndrome, we now need to try and work out the best dose.

    The CaPP3 Study is funded by Cancer Research UK through the Stand up to Cancer Campaign. The recent TV fund-raising event has raised so far £14,520,756. The week before, the UK took part in the "March on Cancer" events held in 15 cities across the UK. Gill Borthwick (pictured right), the Cancer Prevention Programme Manager, represented the CaPP3 Study in Newcastle.

    CaPP3 Study opens to recruitment

    The CaPP3 study opened to recruitment at the Institute of Genetic Medicine, Newcastle on Wednesday 1st October 2014. Professor Sir John Burn consented the first recruit.
